Cathy Connor Lips is president of the consulting firm LIPS Company. A twenty-five-year veteran of the marketing and communications fields, she has managed business, consumer, and employee communications for a range of national and international companies and clients. Since 1990, she has taught Publications Management in the publications design master’s program at the University of Baltimore. The managing editor of Nautical Mile and Seaside Journey magazines, she lives in Baltimore, Maryland.
