Larry Allan has been a professional animal photographer for more than twenty-five years. His animal photography has been used in advertising, corporate logos, calendars, greeting cards, product packaging, and motion pictures worldwide. His work has been featured in such publications as Popular Photography & Imaging, Professional Photographer, Petersen’s PHOTOgraphic, and Studio Photography. He frequently teaches classes and seminars on animal portraiture for both professional and amateur photographers. His photography has earned him multiple awards in the United States and Great Britain, including Master of Photography and Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society. A former California State Humane Officer, he lives in San Diego, California..
