Writer and producer Sara Caldwell founded Amphion Productions (www.amphionpro.com) in 1991 and has since generated more than 130 film, television, video, CD-ROM, and satellite teleconference projects for national and international clients. She has written numerous articles on the screenwriting process and is co-author of Write Here, a regular column for Scr(i)pt magazine online. Sara has been hired to write feature and television scripts for various production companies in Los Angeles and Chicago and is currently a freelance writer/producer for a Discovery Health Channel documentary series. Prior to forming her own company, Sara wrote and produced commercial, corporate, and educational videos for Motion Masters in Charleston, West Virginia. Before that, she was a writer/producer with WorldNet Television in Washington, D.C., working on live video teleconferences on a variety of topics for audiences in Africa, the Near East, and East Asia. Sara received her Bachelors degree in Communications from the University of Iowa, where she was a member of the Iowa Writer's Workshop. In addition to spending time with her two children, Sara loves traveling, volunteer work, painting, and running. She is represented by the Quillco Agency of Los Angeles.
