Rena Shagan is
President of Shagan Associates, Inc., a company that markets performing
arts companies for touring in the United States and abroad. She has
been a consultant and lecturer on booking and tour management
techniques to numerous organizations nationwide, including the Los
Angeles Music Center and Ballet Theatre Foundation. She is a former
professional dancer and has been general manager of a number of dance
companies. She is the author of the book Two Journeys, and a contributing author to Marketing the Arts and Poor Dancers Almanac.
